Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day after shipping (dispatched within 2 working days) - £4.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Royal Mail guaranteed delivery by 1pm next working day after shipping (dispatched within 2 working days) - £7.30

Royal Mail International Standard (Europe)
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days after shipping (dispatched within 2 working days). Please keep in mind that sometimes it takes a little longer if they get held up and delayed in customs. We are not responsible if the item gets delayed in customs or for additional taxes entering your country. - £4.50

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
In the unlikely event you aren't happy with your purchase, or have any problems with your order, we will do all we can to sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

If the fault is ours we will either exchange or refund the full cost, including postage. This very rarely happens but if there has been a mistake or fault with your order please contact artemisandbess@gmail.com

How To Return An Item
Get in touch with us at artemisandbess@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is. Your item must not be worn or damaged and the request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Artemis and Bess reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met and are not responsible for postage charges if the fault does not lie with us.

If you are returning an item, we advise getting proof of postage. We are not responsible for any items that get lost or go missing.

If you have used a discount code, you will only be refunded the price paid.
